Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
This policy covers anveio.com, the personal site of Shovon Hasan (“I”, “me”), including Rumi,
the assistant that takes messages and schedules time with me. It explains what I collect, why,
and what you can do about it.
What I collect

Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google, Google shares
your name, email address and profile picture with me. I don’t receive your password or
access to anything else in your Google account.

Your messages. Voice and text messages you leave with Rumi, and the details
of any meeting you schedule through it, such as the time and topic.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, the servers that host this site
record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your
visit, to keep the site running and secure.
How I use it
- To know who is leaving a message, so I can reply to the right person.
- To deliver your messages to me and to schedule and send meeting invitations.
- To keep the site working, secure and free of abuse.
Rumi uses AI services to understand your messages and find a time that works. Your messages
are processed by those services only to provide this feature.
What I don’t do
- I don’t sell your information or use it for advertising.

I don’t use information received from Google APIs for anything other than signing you in. My
use of it adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Who I share it with
Only the service providers needed to run this site: hosting, email and calendar delivery, and
the AI services behind Rumi. Each may process your information only on my behalf. I may also
disclose information if the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep your messages and meeting details for as long as we’re in touch, and delete them on
request. Technical logs are kept for a short time and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time. You can
also remove this site’s access to your Google account from your
Google Account settings.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and I don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
